How to I check in?

Upon arrival at the Omni Nashville Hotel, follow signs for the conference center. Upon exiting the escalator, you will arrive at Registration where you may present your your digital ticket purchased via Ticket Tailor. You will be issued a name badge on Day 1. Remember to wear your name badge on Day 2!

If you can’t find your digital ticket, registration staff can retrieve your original order.

Be sure to grab your swag bag after check in.

Can I register onsite?

Yes. Onsite Registration Available at Omni on Monday and Tuesday. Our registration staff will be available to assist you. Ticket price is $399 + tax and fees.

Online ticket sales close Friday, October 24th at 12PM.

What is included with my ticket?

Each ticket grants admission for one (1) attendee to: All panels, general sessions, your choice of breakout sessions, breakfast, lunch and snacks at the Summit inside the Omni Hotel Nashville on Monday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Tuesday 8:00 - 4:00. The Compass Agent Broadway Bash Monday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, which includes two drink tickets and appetizers.

What sessions can I choose from?

You may attend all general sessions - keynotes and panel discussions. On Tuesday, October 28th you will select from three concurrent breakouts at 10:00 AM, 10:50 AM, 11:40 AM, 2:25 PM. Please review the session topics in advance to determine which breakout you would like to attend at each of these four times.

What do I wear?

Business Professional or Polished Business Casual. Comfortable shoes are highly encouraged, and in true Nashville style, boots & hats are welcome.

What do I bring?

Your energy and excitement for learning and connecting. Pen & Notepad will be included in your swag bag. Workshops will not require your laptop.

Will there be refreshments?

Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages are provided on Monday and Tuesday. Drinks & appetizers are provided at the Broadway Bash on Monday night.

Will WiFi be available?

Yes. Wifi information will be provided onsite at the event.

Will there be opportunities for networking?

Yes. Don’t miss breakfast as it’s a fantastic opportunity to network as well as lunch, Monday morning breakout sessions, and the Monday night Broadway Bash.

Are there off-site events?

Yes! On Monday from 7-9PM the Compass Agent Broadway Bash will be held at Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville. Admission is included with your Summit ticket.

Optional, agent-led events will be hosted. Be sure to RSVP as capacity is limited and admission is not included with your Summit ticket.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Cancellation Policy: Requests prior to July 27 are eligible for $399 refund. Requests prior to September 27 are eligible for $199 refund. Requests after September 27 are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ticket purchasers my choose to resell their ticket to another Compass agents. Please arrange for payment directly between the two parties. Upon completion of payment, please contact nancy.amaker@compass.com to transfer the ticket voucher.
